Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken breast
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 15oz cans of black beans
  • 2 15oz cans of kidney beans
  • 1 8oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 15oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • 2 packs of chili seasoning

Protein: 46g
Carbs: 36g
Fat: 6g


Notes
The potatoes aren't necessary if you're watching your carbs, but they're a good source of nutrients and calories if you're bulking.
